The -long- over due next installment of my pony-fied Haunted Mansion series. ^^ Here's Fancy Pants being delightfully creepy as Master Gracey's haunted portrait from The Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World (And Disney Land too).
This was quite fun to make (If a bit creepy and pitiful while drawing it), I must say, and I think turned out pretty good. Fancy Pants was the perfect pony for this. Had to relearn most of my Flash knowledge, haven't done anything with it since April or so. XD
Here's the rest of the series as well: Stretching Portraits: -Pinkie: [link] -Rarity: [link] -Twilight: [link] -AJ, RD, and Fluttershy: [link] Madame Luna's Seance: [link] Pony in the Hallway: [link]
~ 6 Hours, 180 layers in Adobe Illustrator CS4, 3 Hours, Sixteen layers in Adobe Flash CS4 ~Music straight from the ride at Walt Disney World, Fl.
Oh god...............I thought "Hey, it's just a pony remake. Not gonna be scary at all." I thought wrong. I'm literally shaking right now.........The music paired with the smooth transitions, and the glowing eye at the end.................they really got me....
When hinges creek in doorless chambers, and strange and frightening sounds echoing through the halls; wherever candlelights flicker where the air is deathly still, that is the time when ghosts are present, practicing their terror with ghoulish delight.

Frightened by the fact that the last thing that leaves is his eye. Good choice of technique.
Also, never (thankfully) seen a skeleton version of a my little pony before; it sort of highlights how anatomically inaccurate they are from real ponies, but of course that's not the point. Just couldn't help but notice xD
